This is an interesting booklet published in 1945 entitled 'A Personal Message to the Mothers, Wives, Fathers, Brothers, Sisters and Friends of Service Men'. The message is from General George C. Marshall and Admiral Ernest J. King. The booklet explains how important it is not to talk about anything your serviceman says - how it is highly confidential and how easily it can be misrepresented and misunderstood. The back of the booklet asks that the recipient pass it along to someone else to read once they have read it themselves. A great addition to any WWII collection. The booklet has some wear but is still in my opinion in good vintage condition. It was folded in the middle and the back has lipstick smears on it. See photos for condition. 9" x 6"
