'Cloud 9' is a mixed media painting created on a cotton canvas. Multiple layers of paint and texture are blended together to create a fluffy and soft painting. The soft paint flow contrasts beautifully with the textures running throughout the painting. The cloud painting proofs that a soft painting can go hand in hand with heavy texture. Light and reflection is created using 24 carat gold foil accents running throughout the painting. The gold medium is also used to paint the Quranic verse reading 'And we created you in pairs'. This can be changed to following Arabic calligraphy: 'in this world and the next'. The couple's name and marriage date is added to the painting. Please message me with your personalisation or add it to the 'message to seller' section when placing your order. Information required: name of the couple and date of marriage/nikkah.
