Antique Knights Templar Temple Commandery No 2 Albany NY Masonic Medal Badge

This antique Knights Templar Masonic badge from Albany's Temple Commandery No. 2 is a striking example of 19th-century fraternal regalia. The ornate enameled piece features a red Maltese cross with gold-tone accents, a central shield, and a suspension bar topped with a crown, bearing the maker's mark of C.G. Braxmar from New York City. Dating to an organization with roots in 1797, this pre-owned piece carries the authentic patina and wear of its age, with the original pin mechanism intact.
