Bamboo Fan Wall Decor, Large Black and Natural Wall Hanging for Over Bed, Handwoven Boho Headboard Art, Housewarming Gift

A large bamboo fan wall decor with ribs alternating between black and undyed bamboo, hand-split and finished with a black tassel. It hangs from one hook above a bed, over a sideboard, or on any wide wall that needs a single piece rather than a gallery arrangement. The alternating ribs are what make this colorway work where a solid dark piece would not: on a charcoal, navy or deep green wall the pale ribs keep the shape visible instead of letting it sink into the paint. From across a room it reads as warm champagne; up close it resolves into fine stripes. Lightweight enough that no wall anchor is needed on most walls. Ships folded flat and opens by hand — nothing to assemble, no frame, no glass, no measuring. ▪ WHY BLUE WORKS HERE • Deep indigo with a natural bamboo band running through the center, so the color has movement instead of sitting flat • The easiest strong color to live with — blue reads as calm rather than loud, which makes the oversized scale feel restful instead of demanding • Natural anchor for coastal, nautical and Hamptons interiors: white walls, linen, rope, driftwood, pale oak • Equally at home in a boho bedroom, where indigo softens warm rattan and terracotta tones • Because bamboo absorbs dye at different rates along the grain, each rib takes the indigo slightly differently. The result is a subtle striated depth you cannot get from a printed or painted surface ▪ WHERE IT WORKS BEST • Above the bed — the most common use. Pick 2/3 your bed width, leave 6-8 in above the headboard • Bathroom feature wall — see the care note below on ventilation • Nursery and kids' room — soft blue, no glass, no sharp edges, light enough to hang from a single hook • Guest room and Airbnb — a single piece that finishes a wall, with nothing to break in transit or turnover • Spa, salon and meditation rooms — the scale reads as calm rather than busy • Above the couch — 50" suits a 3-seat sofa, 40" suits a loveseat • Entryway above a console table • Corners and narrow walls — the semicircle shape fits where a rectangular frame won't Sitting only [X in / X cm] off the wall, it works in tight spaces where framed art feels bulky. ▪ WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT • Oversized statement piece — fills the awkward space above a bed, sofa or console without the cost of a real headboard • Natural bamboo ribs, hand-split and hand-woven — stronger and lighter than rattan, and it won't sag over time • Hand-knotted tassel included, adding length and movement to the piece • Sustainable by nature — bamboo is a fast-growing grass, harvested without killing the plant, finished with water-based non-toxic dye • Handmade to order, so every fan carries small natural variations that make it one of a kind ▪ CHOOSE YOUR SIZE Rule of thumb: pick a fan about 2/3 the width of your bed, or 2/3 the width of the empty wall. • 40" / 102 cm — Twin & Full beds, loveseats, bathroom, nursery, entryway • 50" / 127 cm — Queen beds (our best seller), 3-seat sofas, dining room • 60" / 152 cm — King & Cal King beds, high ceilings, open walls, event backdrops Ceiling note: the 60" needs at least 8.5 ft / 2.6 m of ceiling height to sit comfortably above a bed. Leave 6-8 in / 15-20 cm between your headboard and the bottom edge of the fan. Not sure which size? Send us your wall or bed measurements and a photo, and we'll tell you which one fits before you order. ▪ MATERIALS & WEIGHT • Frame: natural bamboo, hand-split ribs, kiln-dried and treated against moisture • Surface: hand-dyed bamboo strips, water-based non-toxic dye • Tassel: hand-knotted [cotton / silk blend] in matching indigo • Because bamboo is hollow, even the 60" is light enough for a single hook or a heavy-duty Command strip — safe to hang above a bed or a crib • Ready-to-hang loop attached on the back, hardware included ▪ A THOUGHTFUL GIFT Housewarming, wedding, baby shower, birthday, or a new beach house. Ships flat and opens on arrival, so it travels well as a gift. Add a free handwritten gift note at checkout and we'll send it straight to the recipient. ▪ HOW TO HANG (under a minute) Mark the center point on your wall, place one hook or nail, hang the fan from the loop on the back, then level it by eye. Let the tassel fall free. No drilling into multiple points, no wall anchors needed for the smaller sizes. ▪ CARE FOR BAMBOO • Dust with a dry soft brush, a feather duster, or a hair dryer on the cool setting • Never soak or wipe with a wet cloth — bamboo absorbs water and can warp • Bathrooms: only in a well-ventilated bathroom, away from direct shower spray. A windowless bathroom will warp bamboo over time, so run the fan or open a window • Keep out of direct sunlight — indigo holds its depth well indoors but will fade on a sun-facing wall • Comb the tassel gently with your fingers if it tangles • Cared for this way, a bamboo fan holds its shape and color for years ▪ SHIPPING — INCLUDING THE 60" Made to order in 7-10 business days, then shipped with tracking. All three sizes ship folded flat in a rigid, corner-protected box and open out in seconds on arrival. The 60" ships in the same protective packaging — no extra handling fee and no oversize surcharge. ▪ NEED MORE THAN ONE? We take bulk orders for Airbnbs, hotels, spas, cafés and studios.
