Bluebird Glass Baby Bottle with Sleeve, 1940s

This rare 1940s Bluebird Stay Sterile Nursing Unit is a complete vintage feeding set featuring an 8 fl. oz. glass bottle, rubber nipple, plastic screw cap, and original cardboard sleeve—a period piece that reflects mid-century approaches to infant hygiene and maternal convenience. Manufactured by the Pretty Scheffer Company and represented in the Smithsonian's collection, the bottle remains in excellent condition with minimal wear to the sleeve, appearing never to have been used. A distinctive find for collectors of medical and nursery memorabilia.
