S H I P P I N G ________________________________________________________________ Due to the heavy volume of orders at the print shop and the reduced staff to comply with social distancing guidelines, production time is currently around 5-7+ business days. Production time does not include shipping transit time. USPS is experiencing delays and their normal 2-4 day transit time has been increased to 3-5 days. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding during this unusual and hectic time! RECOMMENDED HOLIDAY ORDERING SCHEDULE: We recommend ordering no later than December 1st for delivery by Christmas. Although this is the recommended date, we do not make any shipping guarantees. During the holiday season, there can be shipping carrier delays due to volume, bad weather, and situations that are beyond our control. Due to COVID delays, international orders are a little unpredictable right now and may take longer than usual in transit. We are not able to cancel or refund any orders that are delayed in transit. International Buyers: All customs fees for orders shipped outside the US are the buyer's responsibility. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other costs levied by your country. We have not control over these charges and cannot predict what they could be.
