SHIPPING AND DISPATCHING All items are shipped and processed within 3-5 working days REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES You get 14 calendar days to return any items you’re not quite sure about or that it is faulty (all garments are rigorously inspected before dispatch, but mistakes can still be made). This two week returns period starts from the day you receive your order. The garment requires to be returned in their original, salable condition with the label intact. When trying on items, please ensure that they are not kept in contact with anything that may mark or add a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant, cigarettes etc. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
