Kewpieville by Rose O’Neill - 3 Pages from Antique (1926) Ladies Home Journal Featuring Kewpies

Here are 3 pages from the February, March and April issues of the Ladies Home Journal of 1926. They feature Kewpieville a comic of sorts by Rose O’Neill, the creator of the Kewpie, a tiny, naked baby with a point or curl on the top of its head. The pages were a regular feature in the magazine . Each page features many kewpies and accompanying text. Rose O’Neill was a very prolific and famous illustrator, and has been called by some the first great American female cartoonist. These pages, measuring about 14” x 10.5,” are in very good condition for their age. They may occasionally have a small missing corner or a side tear, or even an uneven side, but all are definitely in frameable condition. Perfect for the Kewpie collector!!
