What to Do if Your Package or Product Arrives Damaged Take photos of the package, including the shipping label and barcode. Take detailed photos of the damaged product areas. Contact UPS/DHL/FedEx local office on the day of delivery and request a damage report. (The sooner you act, the better the chance of resolution.) Share the photo evidence with us so we can also file a claim with the shipping company from our side. If the courier delivered the item to you directly, ask them to note the damage in their system. Do not use or discard the product until the claim process is complete. Keep it in the original condition.
