Myott Red Transferware Plates Set | Country Life Fox Hunt & Tonquin Garden (Set of 2)

Mix-and-Match Pair of Myott Staffordshire Red Transferware Salad Plates This charming pair of red-and-white transferware plates by Myott of Staffordshire, England, brings together two of the company's classic English patterns. The Country Life plate shows a lively fox hunt, with riders on horseback, hounds racing across the fields, and billowing clouds above, all framed by a border of oak leaves and acorns. The Tonquin plate shows a romantic garden scene with a country manor, a footbridge, swans on the water, and an urn of flowers, surrounded by lush floral sprays and a beaded border. Both plates are the same size and share the same deep red color, so they look lovely together on a plate wall, in a hutch, or mixed into a cottage or English country table setting. Use them for salads, desserts, or cake, or display them on stands for a cozy, collected look.
