Pair Alcobaca Portugal Blue White Chamberstick Candle Holders Delft Style

A charming pair of vintage Portuguese hand-painted chamberstick candle holders produced by Alcobaça Ceramics, known for their traditional blue and white faience pottery. These candle holders feature a classic European chamberstick form, with scalloped drip trays, central candle sockets, and convenient finger ring handles. The cobalt blue floral decoration on a white ground reflects the popular Delft revival aesthetic that became widely exported from Portugal during the mid-20th century. Originally inspired by 17th and 18th century European candle holders used for carrying light through the home, pieces like these later became decorative table accents and collectible pottery.
