Designs are not to be replicated or used without any consent. -----------PERSONALISATION----------- Please fill this section in carefully. Please note that we are not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer when ordering (incorrect spelling, dates, etc.) Please double check the Islamic date when the preview is sent. We use Google to find out the islamic date, so there may be some difference with your local mosque. As the date is dependent to the lunar calendar, it may be subject to change if the date of the Nikkah is far away. ---------------PREVIEWS-------------------- For each customer we are happy to provide up to three free drafts once the order is placed. Any additional drafts will incur a small fee. We send over digital previews within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. If no response is received within 48 hours the order will be sent out as we have a fulfilment timeline from Etsy. If a cancellation is requested beyond the cancellation policy, we will deal with it on an individual basis. If we have sent over a draft we’ll have to charge a 35% cancellation fee due to the time taken by the team to create drafts and begin processing orders. ------------------DELIVERY------------------ All orders are packaged sufficiently for delivery. We offer free standard delivery with Royal Mail to all UK orders. We offer tracked deliveries with UPS for our A3 welcome signs. *We unfortunately don't ship out A2 and A1 welcome signs outside of the UK.* Please bear in mind some countries may charge a customs fee. This is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for as we do not have control over the amount and it is an Etsy standard policy. -------------------REFUNDS------------------- This item is non-refundable and non-exchangeable as it is a personalised product. If your order has been lost but has been marked as delivered and there is supporting evidence (photograph/GPS location) signifying it has been delivered to the correct address, we will contact the relevant shipping provider and conduct an investigation before a resolution can be met.
