Pocket Astrolabe – Fully Functional - personalized for your latitude – Gift for Stargazers and History Lovers

===== Why this listing? ===== This is a fully functional, and not merely decorative, pocket astrolabe. This one has the same functions, but in a smaller package. Its cute design and its relative ease of use makes it a sweet gift for a kid, a son or a doughter, who looks with awe at the starry sky. Astrolabe's size: 10,5cm x 12,5cm. Like the previous one, you can have it ✔ Personalized for your city ✔ Personalized for your latitude ✔ Custom engraving ✔ Optional dedication on the back ===== Some clarifications about the variants ===== You can select different variants for your astrolabe, and they depend on your personal taste and requirements: The first variant you can choose is how many "plates" you want with your astrolabe: With the variant "One fixed plate" you will receive an astrolabe with just the engraving for your location, non-removable, since it will be engraved directly on the mother itself. With the variant "One removable plate" you will receive an astrolabe with a removable plate, but containing only the engraving for your location With the variant "Two sided plate" you will receive an astrolabe with two engravings on both side of the tympanum. The second variant is whether or not you want a wooden display box alongside the astrolabe. In case you select "standard package" you will receive your astrolabe in a resilient cardboard box, alongside a handwritten thanking letter. In case you select the display box, beside the thanking letter, you will receive a cute Okoume plywood and plexiglas box, sized 23 x 14 x 5 cm. This is a bit embarassing to say, but due to the tools in my actual workshop, the box will cost a bit more than the astrolabe itself, since it takes me longer to produce, I hope you understand.
