This is a 14 x 18 inch professionally done, custom double-matted “Red Wing, An Indian Fable Love Song,” sheet music. The front cover features an illustration of a beautiful Indian woman, with a background of trees, mountains and setting sun. The background is a range of tall mountains, with overhanging trees. The graphics are gorgeous and the colors remain deep and true. This sheet music is copyrighted originally from 1907, Renewed in 1934, and again in 1939. Words by Thurland Chattaway, Music by Kerry Mills. It was published by Paull-Pioneer Music Corporation, 1657 Broadway, New York This matted sheet music will arrive to you ready to place into your standard-sized, 14 x 18 inch frame. The photos I’ve taken show how your print looks in the double mat, as it will reach you, and an example of how your matted print will look framed. This matted sheet music is in a hinged mat, backed by foam board, and is sitting in archival polyester picture corners. The music is set up to display as wall art, but it can be removed and played as well. The sheet music is entire and complete. The print is matted with quality, USA made mat board. It is attached with archival polypropylene mounting corners to quality foam board. The mat is hinged with linen hinging tape. This copy is in very good vintage condition; the cover colors remain bright, with some smudging, light spots, a spot where it looks like a price sticker used to be, a light pencil mark “5”, and minor crinkles. The center binding area is still attached. The edges of the front and back covers, as well as the edges of the pages have some small creases, tears, and discoloration. On the right hand corner area of the cover is a stamp: H.L. Green Co., Sheet Music Dept., Third at Pine, Seattle, Wa., which I think adds to the story of where this sheet music has been. The contents are completely usable. Fortunately most of the wear is located on the edges of the page and inside, and therefore can easily go unseen and hidden away behind the border of the framing mat.
