Shahnama of Shah Tahmasp Print, Persian Miniature Wall Art, Safavid Islamic Paint Poster, Angel Surush & Khusrau Parviz, Vintage Decor Gift

This is a meticulously restored digital reproduction of a masterwork from the Shahnama of Shah Tahmasp, a legendary 16th-century manuscript created in Tabriz around 1530–1535. The composition captures a pivotal moment from Persian epic literature: Shah Khusrau Parviz, fleeing danger through a rocky gorge, is rescued by the Angel Surush on a celestial white horse. Attributed to master painter Muzaffar Ali, the piece exemplifies Safavid artistry through its dynamic brushwork, rich gold and lapis lazuli tones, and intricate detail. The restoration preserves the historical patina and authentic textures of the original, offering a window into one of Islamic art's most celebrated periods.
