Singers in the Dawn - A Brief Anthology of American Negro Poetry, Compiled by Robert B. Eleazer, Second Edition 1935

This 1935 anthology gathers American Negro poetry in a compact, accessible volume that captures an important moment in literary history. Compiled by Robert B. Eleazer for the Conference on Education and Race Relations, this second edition softcover remains scarce today, offering readers a window into early twentieth-century voices and perspectives. The 23-page collection shows its age with vintage wear—the spine is stapled and the back cover partially unstapled—but retains good condition overall.
