A strand of small old venetian whitehearts, also called cornaline d'Aleppo. Trade beads were decorative glass beads, used between the 16th and 20th Century as a token money to exchange for local african goods as oil, gold etc. This listing is for a strand of 55 cm, ca 180 beads ✔️ Shape: rondelle ✔️ Color: wonderful shades of red ✔️ Size: 3-4 mm ✔️ Temporary strung ✔️ These beads are handmade, no beads are identical.
