From The Cellar of Treasures we have this 1963 paperback copy of The Big Four by Agatha Christie. Book is in good condition with minimal wear around edges and light creasing on spine. Binding is tight and pages are clean and intact. Overall in great shape for a paperback book over 60 years old! Books are stored in my smoke-free home but I cannot guarantee where they were before they came to me. From back cover: THE BIG FOUR 'Li Chang Yen is the controlling force. I have designated him, therefore, as NUMBER ONE. NUMBER TWO is represented by an 'S' with two lines through it -- the sign for a dollar; also two stripes and a star. NUMBER THREE is a woman, her nationality French. NUMBER FOUR... The voice faltered and broke. Some over mastering terror seemed to be gaining the day; the features were distorted and twisted... Four ruthless criminals seek world domination. Between them and their goal stands one man -- the inimitable Hercule Poirot!
