Turkmen sterling silver belt ornament with gilded and glass adornments I am offering this piece of jewellery, which was probably worn as a belt. It is incomplete, with only nine links remaining on the belt section. The elements are made of silver with antique gilding. Each link is adorned with three red glass cabochons. Please note that two glass cabochons are missing. With a small alteration, this piece could be worn as a bracelet. Alternatively, you could sew it onto a belt to preserve its original function.
