Vates Blue Scotch Curled Kale Seeds, Heirloom Non-GMO, Cold Hardy

Vates Blue Scotch Curled is a cold-hardy heirloom kale that thrives in fall and winter gardens, producing deeply ruffled leaves that grow sweeter after frost. The compact plants, reaching just 12–18 inches, work well in containers and raised beds, while the tender young leaves suit fresh salads and mature greens work beautifully in soups, sautés, and long braises. This packet contains approximately 250 non-GMO seeds with a mild, broccoli-like flavor and straightforward growing instructions included.
