Vintage 90s Magenta Velvet Gown, Size S/M

This pretty magenta velvet sleeveless gown is in good vintage condition. There is one anomaly in the very front at the V neck where the threads might be slightly pilled or just showing some wear. See photos for details would be a perfect spot for some type of pin, otherwise, do not think that it is that noticeable so judge for yourself. See photos for details and measurements please is actually a size large but much smaller should fit a size small to medium.
