Vintage Framed Watercolour Painting Frame with Glass & Matting Gallery Wall Hanging Art Scenic City Plaza View Artist Signed

This piece was sourced in a vintage shop. My research shows that the artist is Jean-Roche Labrie, as signed in the bottom right corner of this print. The artist depects a beautiful watercolour print of a scene in the inner part of a town. People are walking, shopping and site seeing, the colours and detail are spectacular. This print is matted and framed, with a glass insert. This item is in really good shape, there is a small scratch in the bottom left corner of the frame, however, the colour remains in tact. Please take a look at the pictures and video included to assess all angles of this lovely framed print and to confirm its condition.
