Vintage Goebel Swan Planter ZV 103/III White Bisque Porcelain West Germany Bird Figurine

Beautiful vintage Goebel swan planter, model ZV 103/III, made in West Germany. This graceful swan features a matte white bisque finish with beautifully sculpted feather detailing, dramatically raised wings, an elegantly curved neck, and a hand-painted red and black beak. An opening between the wings allows the piece to be used as a small planter or flower holder, although it is equally lovely displayed simply as a collectible Goebel figurine. The underside is clearly marked “Goebel W. Germany” and impressed ZV 103/III. Its classic white finish and sculptural form make it a lovely addition to vintage, traditional, cottage, romantic, or bird-themed décor.
