Vintage Shabby Chic Velvet Jewelry Box Photo Prop

Vintage gray velvet jewelry box with cream satin lining and white velvet lining. The box is from around 1950, and is an iconic style of jewelry box that delighted every woman or man who received one. Opening this box ensured that there was a dazzling treasure inside, and just seeing the box made every person's heart skip. It's from Fort and Goodwin jewelers, No 2 North Broad Street, Trenton, NJ. The shop no longer exists. There is some wear and usual scuffs and marks. This was used, but lid works very well and it's a very nice piece. The body of the box is metal, so it's very well constructed. PLEASE NOTE: The box has no jewelry in it, it is ONLY the empty box.
