If you would like to purchase a digital version alongside your order, please contact us via Etsy messages. -------------------SIZE------------------- All favour are A6 (105mm x 148mm) ----------------MATERIAL---------------- Our favours are made on 300gsm high quality ivory hammered card which enhances the texture and saturation of the design. -----------PERSONALISATION----------- Please fill this section in carefully. Please note that we are not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer when ordering favours (incorrect spelling, dates, etc.) ---------------PREVIEWS-------------------- For each customer we are happy to provide up to three free drafts once the order is placed. Any additional drafts will incur a small fee. We send over digital previews within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. If no response is received within 48 hours the order will be sent out as we have a fulfilment timeline from Etsy. If a cancellation is requested beyond the cancellation policy, we will deal with it on an individual basis. If we have sent over a draft we’ll have to charge a 35% cancellation fee due to the time taken by the team to create drafts and begin processing orders. ------------------DELIVERY------------------ All orders are packaged sufficiently for delivery. We offer free standard delivery with Royal Mail to all UK orders. We offer tracked deliveries with UPS to all international orders. Please bear in mind some countries may charge a customs fee. This is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for as we do not have control over the amount and it is an Etsy standard policy. * Please be mindful when ordering our chocolate favours. We don't use refrigerated transport & are unable to replace or refund heat damaged goods as the weather is out of our control.
