The dust jacket is in GOOD + condition. There are a couple pages that show handling, crinkling from turning (see photos). The pages are clean and the binding is tight. No cooking debris, pen, pencil, marker or crayon marks on the pages. NOT ex library. This 1991 publication includes 175 recipes from his famous restaurants, including Spago, Chinois on Main, Postrio, and Eureka. It, also, includes a forward by, Calvin Trillin.
