NR Do not buy from muslimahessentials.com. I placed an order (it was meant to be gifts), paid and then got informed that the person who runs the online store (the owner - Sharmeen) had fallen ill. I was given the option of canceling my order or waiting for a week. I decided to wait as the items I had purchased were gifts, also, the exchange rate had, for this international order, gone not in my favour, so I would ultimately be taking a loss if I cancel my order. So I patiently waited and was nice enough to let the lady know that when she feels better, she can process my order. After weeks of waiting, items that I had ordered were out of stock, I had to pick different sizes (bear in mind, these were meant to be gifts - which were also by now way overdue), the websites sizes were not updated, then they have the sizes then they don't have the sizes. Eventually after sorting everything out with having to buy most of the items in bigger sizes, she could not complete the order because... now the postage costs were too high, even though I had paid for this already in my purchase weeks ago....who's problem is that.....not mine, but she made it my problem. And because of the payment refund schedule, she refunded my purchase which landed me in a loss even though I had explained this fact to Sharmeen (so I had taken a loss and got no clothing). No compensation was given on her part.... nothing! She could have sent me a complementary gift to say thank you for your patients, sorry for the loss suffered, I hope you want to still do business with me in the future! ....
