NR I ordered an item, but did not receive a confirmation email, so I sent them several emails in the next few days to check if they'd actually received the order. If they'd responded that they hadn't received it, I would have simply placed the order again, but I didn't want to risk ordering it twice. There's no reason it should have taken longer than one or two business days to answer, but they never responded, and meanwhile, they are now sold out of my size. NR If you don't live in the UK, DO NOT order anything from The Hijab Shop. If you ever have to return an item you will be thoroughly frustrated. I tried to return something I ordered and they kept the product but did not refund my money. I have tried to contact them many, many times but all to no avail. You have been forewarned. NR I went to a bazaar where the sis who owns the company was selling personally the products from there; so while I cannot vouch for their service when ordering online I can for their selection and quality; both are very good; in fact many of the scarves the pictures on the site do not do them justice at all they are of far higher quality, more colourful and of much more sumptuous texture than it appears. They should get some larger dimensioned hijabs though; as they are all small to average sized Posted on June 16, 2005
