NR The first time I ordered from alsundus I was pleased. The items arrived in the timely fashion, and the colors were as pictured. However the 2nd time I ordered it was almost a month when I realized that the order had not come. I emailed, they told me they would ship it. Now they are located not more than an hour from me, so when a week went by and my items did not come, I emailed again. Without a response in 24 hours, I called. I spoke with a sister and she said she would ship out. Most of what I ordered was out of stock and were to be replaced with items of similar style. That is not what exactly happened but I took what I got and moved on. I think this is a home based business, but even then you can be professional. Posted on August 5, 2006

NR I recently ordered from them via eBay during one of their clearance sales. Well I paid via paypal on a Tuesday and was told it would ship no later than 2 business days later. A week later it hadn't arrived and I emailed them asking when I should receive my product. I have never received a reply from them, and I have sent 4 emails. I ended up filing a complaint via pay pal and the item arrived a week later (2 full weeks after they received my payment). When it finally showed up not only was the pants suit see-thru....it SMELLED!! Astafirgullah this is definitely not behavior befitting of a mulim, and may Allah swt soften their hearts and forgive their sins, ameen. I am waiting for a reply from paypal regarding my complaint and I hope to get my money back. I find it hard to believe that others on here have given them such a high rating as I've heard from others that they were disgusted by their service (or lackthereof) as well. Posted on June 2, 2006

NR I have experienced several problems with this company, in terms of poor customer service and my products not being shipped in a timely manner. What they do not tell you is that their products are made in Pakistan and that they ship from there, which can take up to six weeks. So, don't bother paying for express shipping. I recently returned a skirt to them that was too short and they said they would lengthen it for me. This was back in August. Three months later, I have not received my skirt, and no an explanation of why this has happened. May Allah forgive them; their customer service as well as their service to customers leaves MUCH to be desired. If anyone posting here tells you that they've had a good experience with Al Sundus, I would be very skeptical of that opinion. I would not recommend them at all to anyone, ever! NR The products I ordered were not delivered in a timely manner, and were extremely gaudy (shiny fabric and with extensive embroidery and mirror work not obvious in the photo). Order carefully. Posted on December 28, 2004
