NR Well I complained and despite them insinuating they will take responsibility if you live in the EU, Canada or North America if your package goes missing they now say they don't; my order was $60 worth of books; all they could offer me was half price on the books if I ordered again not including shipping cost; no thanks! I am going to put this down to a bad experience and would recommend people outside of Canada to really think extremely carefully before ordering from here; while it wasn't their fault the packages went missing the way they handled it was extremely poor and I feel bad adab-wise as well. NR I ordered from this store nearly two months back now and my items still haven't arrived; although I am still just inside the 'time limit' they give for shipping I am quite worried I won't get my items; communication isn't too good and their 'shipping standards' page is pretty vague in fact you need a magnifying glass to even see the link; I did have my reservations about ordering from this company but ordered books you cannot get in my country; however I am starting to think I may have been better off waiting until these books came out where I am (3 out of the 4 I ordered actually have now, its been that long) Posted on May 14, 2006 |
