Originally passed down from grandmother to mother, and then to daughter, this thobe was lovingly preserved and later reconstructed using traditional saya fabric. The embroidery (tatreez) remains original and is in excellent condition, showcasing the beauty and strength of authentic heritage craftsmanship. The piece has been entirely hand-sewn during its reconstruction, which can be clearly seen in the interior stitching (refer to photos). This adds to its authenticity and artisanal value. The neckline features crochet work that was carefully added by the second generation (the mother), replacing the original worn detailing while respecting the character of the garment. There is a small area on the back with visible wear (shown in photos). This does not affect the overall beauty or wearability of the piece.
